Robert Dellavalle
Prof Robert Dellavalle
My dermatology residency training brought me to the University of Colorado where I now lead the Dermatology Service of the Denver Veterans Affairs Medical Center. I feel affinity for caring for US veterans as my uncle served in WWII with the US Army on the European Front.  My hobbies include gardening, skiing, swimming, playing the guitar, speaking conversational Italian. With more than 245 PubMed-cited articles, I am driven to mentor the next generation of dermatologists to improve global dermatology health using the best evidence typified by the systematic reviews produced by Cochrane Skin.  I have mentored over one hundred medical students from more than 30 institutions, and I hope to mentor another one hundred before the end of my career.Favorite quote: “Whether you think you can or you can’t –you are right.”  -Henry Ford
